There are several ways for you to get help using the forum.
Navigation Buttons
The buttons at the top left of the page (shown below) direct you to the various parts of the forum.
When you press the HELP button you are directed to a large, detailed document on HELP.
Other Members
Another way to get help on the forum is to post a question under the forum help board.
Topic 2, Ground Rules / Questions & Answer on the forum provides a place for your to ask questions about the forum. Others who see your message may be able to help you.
