We are a diverse group of landowners local to the Belen area. Our combined backgrounds provide a large spectrum of experience from the technical to the artistic including computer engineering, management, land sales, real estate, aviation, writing, editing and web development.

We are committed to bringing landowners together so they can share ideas of how the mesa land can best be cared for, developed and/or preserved. We value the skills and experience of each individual landowner and feel that each person can contribute enormously to the benefit of the entire mesa community and the caretaking of the mesa land. We have a large list of interests including oil and gas drilling, home building and infrastructure development, and to that end our developing list of objectives is as follows:

• Create and maintain a landowner-controlled community of interest which will function as a neutral, common gathering point for sharing.
• Facilitate events either on the mesa or local to the Belen area.
• Keep landowners informed of events in Belen and news of the mesa that might interest or affect them.
• Act as a contact point for landowners who are located far way from the Belen Mesa land.
• Encourage participation and discussion in the forum and the mesa community.
• Maintain a web site that provides a place for confidential online discussions with other landowners
• Provide a welcoming and helpful presence for landowners or prospective landowners who want to know about the Belen area, either to relocate here or just to visit.
• Provide a way for landowners to ask questions, get in touch with various people of interest or have a local topic researched for them.
