These are exciting times for the Belen mesa. The greater Albuquerque Metropolitan Area is growing: film industry, Eclipse Aviation, Tempurpedic, BSNS Railroad traffic, Wal-Mart ... It is an ideal boomer-active retirement climate and location with prospects for green building on and around the Mesa ... and there is lingering talk about possible natural gas beneath the Mesa.
